FBA News FBA Fee Changes Coming February 1, 2012Since the launch of Fulfillment by Amazon in 2006, sellers have used it to deliver their products to Amazon's millions of customers with fast, free Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime free 2-day shipping. In the five years since we launched, we've made few adjustments to our fulfillment fees, despite rising costs to us and to other fulfillment and transportation providers. We remain committed to providing low cost fulfillment services. At the same time, we must balance this with our commitment to provide the high level of service and the fast, free shipping our customers expect. For this reason, we are announcing the following changes to the FBA fee structure to better reflect our costs. To give you more time to understand and plan for these fee changes, we will not change them during the 2011 holiday selling season. FBA storage, order handling, optional services, and Multi-Channel Fulfillment fees will not be affected by these changes. The following fees will be effective as of February 1, 2012:

Seller Success GoVacuum Earns 70% of Revenue from Products Shipped by FBAGoVacuum.com has come a long way since it was founded in 1976 as Vacuums Unlimited, a small family-run vacuum shop in Arlington, Virginia. GoVacuum launched its first website and online catalog in 1999 with no eCommerce capabilities and spent the next five years building an internet presence. In 2004, the company turned to Amazon. "Once we started selling on Amazon, there was no turning back," says founder and CEO Bill Anand. Taking advantage of multiple Amazon services, GoVacuum has enjoyed significant bottom line growth, while improving customer service and growing their inventory to roughly 4,000 products from every major vacuum manufacturer. "Amazon allows us to provide a scalable level of exceptional customer service we couldn’t otherwise offer our customers." —Sachin Anand Read the GoVacuum Success Story Tools & Tips Tracking Multi-Channel Fulfillment OrdersEnjoy more insight on the status of your Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders in Seller Central. Tracking information from the carrier is now being imported directly to the Manage Your Orders detail page, so you can quickly answer customer questions and provide updates on the shipping status. If tracking numbers are available, you will see the tracking status imported from the carrier. You can copy the tracking number and go to the carrier’s website to check the shipment status. You can also provide tracking numbers to your customers, so they have the option to track packages on their own. In addition, if a Multi-Channel Fulfillment order is undeliverable and returned to one of our fulfillment centers, we will list it in the FBA Returns report, as well as the Manage Your Orders detail page. If so, your FBA listings can remain active during this period, and you can continue to sell. When you change your listing status from active to inactive (or "On Vacation"), the listings you fulfill yourself will be removed from Amazon.com. However, your listings fulfilled by Amazon will remain available for sale on Amazon.com and through Multi-Channel Fulfillment. When you’re ready to resume self-fulfilling orders, you simply need to reactivate your listing status. Furthermore, if you have items in stock in Amazon fulfillment centers that you also sell through other channels, you don’t need to miss out on any business while you’re on vacation. Simply ask a member of your staff to direct these orders during your absence through Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Amazon will take care of the rest. For more on account status, go to Listings Status (Vacation) Regards,
